Protest Against High-Interest Rates In Butwal

Lumbini Automobiles Association of Nepal, the institutional member under Lumbini Province of NADA, organized a peaceful protest program at the Butwal Buspark today.

Under the nationwide movement announced by the NADA Automobiles Association of Nepal (NADA), the Lumbini Automobiles Association of Nepal also protested with placards.

Ganesh Bhattarai, the president of the association, opined that although the government has opened the import of private vehicles such as cars, jeeps and vans, however, due to the high-interest rates of banks, there are still many complications.

Earlier, the officers of the association had also submitted a memorandum to Nepal Rastra Bank Bhairahawa.
